Our products are not limited to slaughterhouse animals. Our customers challenge us with requests from A to Z ... Alligator to Zebra!

Here are the basics of ordering through us:

• Select a category from the menu at the left. If you need something that's not in our menu, click Special Requests, which will allow you to email us with your special needs.
  
  
• Shopping Cart and Check-out
  
  Once you've found the product you need, simply click "add to cart" to add it to your shopping cart. When you're ready to buy, click "Checkout" to begin our secure checkout process. You will be required to register at that point. Registering involves entering your email address and a password and then providing us with your billing name and address. Your information will then be stored in our system and you will not have to enter it again the next time you shop with us (your credit card number is not stored).
  
  
• Order & Delivery
  
  Generally orders require at least a 24 hr. advance notice. Orders are shipped Federal Express "Priority Overnight", and will be received by 10:30 a.m. the following day, Tuesday through Saturday, unless otherwise specified.
  
  
• Packaging
  
  Products are shipped in Styrofoam containers packed in wet ice packs. Dry ice can be specified when you check out. Snap freeze available upon request.
